- In cooperation with other teams, planning & executing validation projects;
- Ensure that SET project timescales and other project requirements are met;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot escalations from Tier 2 making sure SET SLA are met;
- Train SET & sometimes infrastructure groups regarding above technologies;
- Build and keep good team spirit;
- Report project time in time tracking software ;
- Ensure that the overall QA standards and procedures are met;
- Contribute to the development and evolution of more comprehensive maintenance programs;
- Establish good relationship with R/D, Infrastructure, marketing and Tier 2;
- Manage and liaise with 3rd party suppliers where necessary, in order to progress external fault tickets;
- Daily communication with teams in EMEA, NA and APAC;
- Analysis the test requirement and making the test specification;
- Design/Review test cases, scripts, data, environment and doing execution;
- Defect analysis and problem-solving, valuable defect management;
- Design interaction/logic testing throughout the system;
- Doing the workload estimation and assist its distribution;
- Escalate issues/risks appropriately to leader/PM;
- Guidance of team level activities, esp. training Jr. or co-worker;
- Perform automation or performance testing as required, could offer analysis report accordingly;
Requirement:
- Knowledge and experiences of the SDLC and testing methodologies, e.g. CMM, Agile;
- Capable of multi-tasking and great attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and capable of working under pressure;
- Ability to give direction to test associates;
- Drive and improve the team level productivity;
- At least 5 years software testing experiences;
- Experience in developing tools/scripts to test Web applications, e.g. Load Runner, WinRunner, QTP;
- Familiar with various web techniques to identify project integration and implementation on testing perspective
- Collage or above degree in Computer Science or relevant;
